Nav Divyang Foundation celebrated Amrit Mahotsav of Independence with disabled children
Children recited the National Anthem on the occasion of Independence Day
Mumbai : Tremendous enthusiasm was seen among the people in the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. Disabled children hoisted the tricolor in Kandivali area of Mumbai. Hundreds of disabled children participated in the program organized under the aegis of Nav Divyang Foundation. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the disabled children regarding the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. On this occasion, Founder and Chief Trustee of Nav Divyang Foundation Sanjay Mutha, Trustees Gopal Bhagwat and Neelima Mutha were also present.
On completion of 75 years of the country's independence, Amrit Mahotsav witnessed tremendous enthusiasm across the country. Disabled children hoisted the tricolor in Kandivali area of Mumbai, after which children unable to speak also gave information about Independence Day orally.
Sushanto Sengupta, who has been studying at Nav Divyang Foundation for the last several months, talked about freedom on the occasion of Independence Day, while another child played the tune of Jana Gana Mana on the piano, on which the people present clapped and encouraged the disabled children.
In this program of Nav Divyang Foundation held in Kandivali area of Mumbai, Chief Trustee of NGO Sanjay Mutha said that on this occasion of independence, he only wants to say that disabled children should also get a place in the society and their talent should be recognized. . Sanjay Mutha said that disabled children need belongingness the most, which the society is not able to fulfill properly even today. He said that after their parents, other people do not give these children the respect they deserve.
Founder and Trustee of Nav Divyang Foundation, Gopal Bhagwat said that disabled children are very adept and have sharp minds. In such a situation, if their talent is channelized in the right direction, then these children can also bring gold in the Olympics. Gopal Bhagwat, who has been giving right direction to disabled children according to their talent for about 5 years, says that he is demanding from the government to buy those BMC schools which have been closed.
