Mumbai (Laxman Jaiswal): Nav Divyang Foundation has been working for the interests of disabled children for the last 6 years. This foundation is working to provide education to such disabled children who are not able to get admission in normal schools. The Foundation's annual day was celebrated at Prabodhankar Thackeray Auditorium in Borivali, Mumbai on Saturday. In which Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax Department Sarika Jain arrived to support the children and encouraged the children.


In the NGO's programme, disabled children performed according to their respective talents. The people present in the auditorium encouraged the disabled children. Income Tax Assistant Commissioner Sarika Jain, who came as a special guest in this program, said that she herself is disabled but she never let her courage go down. This is the reason why on this occasion he reached among the disabled children and encouraged them.



Sarika said that disabled children are not getting the recognition they deserve in the society. People need to be aware about this.


Sanjay Mutha, Chief Trustee of Nav Divyang Foundation, said that due to the increase in autism and other types of diseases, the cases of disabled children have increased a lot in recent times. Due to which these children are not able to get admission in normal schools. Mutha said that through the foundation, we are not only teaching such children about everyday needs but also trying to make them stand on their feet.


Sanjay Mutha said that the government also needs to take concrete steps in this regard. Foundation trustees Gopal Bhagwat, Sagar Kamble, Neelima Mutha and Parag Kothari were also present on this occasion. Read full article below:
